This website is owned and operated by Ashley O’Neale. When you choose to purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.

PRIVACY
Personal Details – Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any other entities or individuals with exception to our printers and framers who drop ship direct to our customers. They will need your details if you are purchasing a print.

SECURITY
Ash O’Neale does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from this website.
PRICING
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Ash O’Neale reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

PRODUCTION TIME FRAME
All prints and frames are custom made to order and are produced in Australia. Production times are usually between 14-21 days.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Ash O'Neale is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
Please note, there are no returns, exchanges or change of mind with artwork that has been made to order. We have made that artwork as per your spec.
FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES:
It does sometimes happen, unfortunately. It’s rare but know your beautiful print is fully insured and if it comes damaged, we will re-print ASAP and send it free of charge.
Please note: We require evidence of damage (photos) via email within 7 days of receipt of print.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
We recommend not hanging your item in direct sunlight. We also recommend using acid free tape if you are framing the print yourself to avoid yellowing the print.
We suggest holding off handling your unframed print and let your professional framer unpack it with you, and not touching the printed area of the print.
Where possible Fine Art Prints should be handled with soft non-abrasive gloves, and where you can avoid touching the printed area.
Allow your prints to lay flat for a few days before being framed.
